Yacht Club Cupcakes

These cupcakes came out so great! I ended up just with a swirl of frosting on top instead of trying to figure out the lettuce-y look but I like the way they look all classy :) I even tried a new chocolate cake recipe and found that the cupcakes came out much more uniformly than with my last recipe. Sorry Better Homes & Gardens, Martha does seem to know best!!
