Lessons Learned

In an effort to remain optimistic and to always learn from my experiences, I've come up with the following list:

Lessons Learned From Last Night:

1. Butter melts faster than I thought
2. I cannot fill a pastry bag by myself
3. Runny frosting + more powdered sugar = really, really sweet runny frosting
4. Air conditioning is NEVER overrated
5. One can never have too much frosting
